Education
My time in the University of Houston’s Graphic Design program was defined by an intensive studio environment that prioritized process, critique, and conceptual development. Over the course of the program, I engaged with a range of design disciplines including typography, branding, motion, and interactive design, while developing a deeper understanding of how visual communication operates within cultural and social systems.
The program encouraged students to question assumptions about design and to approach each project as a structured investigation. Through iterative experimentation and collaborative dialogue with peers and faculty, I learned to build design systems that respond to real contexts and audiences.
This experience shaped my approach to design as both analytical and exploratory grounded in research while remaining open to experimentation and discovery.
Today
As I prepare to graduate from the University of Houston, I am looking forward to bringing my design practice into the UX/UI and visual design industry. I am particularly drawn to environments where designers collaborate closely with researchers, developers, and strategists to build thoughtful digital experiences.
My training in visual systems, typography, and structured design thinking has prepared me to approach interface design with both analytical and creative perspectives. I am ready to contribute to projects that require translating complex information into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces.
Moving forward, I hope to grow within teams that value curiosity, experimentation, and collaboration while continuing to develop my skills in interaction design, interface systems, and digital product experiences.

SYSTEMS
Structured design thinking that transforms complex information into clear visual and interactive systems. Focused on building scalable frameworks that remain consistent across digital and physical experiences.
EXPLORATION
An experimental approach that balances discipline with curiosity. Motion, interaction, and visual systems are explored as tools for discovering new ways design can communicate and evolve.
